One heating, AC, or plumbing service at the enrolled property. Monthly members become eligible after 10 consecutive months.

10% off services, repairs, and extra maintenance

Up to $1,000 off per job and $5,000 per membership year, before tax. Installations and replacements are excluded, and the discount isn't combinable with other promotions.

Priority scheduling

Members move to the front of the schedule when the weather turns and the phone is ringing.

Your card is safe

  • Your payment is handled entirely by Square, one of the largest payment companies in the country.
  • You type your card number on Square's own secure checkout page — not on our website. Noble never sees it, never types it, and never stores it.
  • Square is PCI-DSS compliant and encrypts card details, the same protection you get paying at a store counter.
  • All we keep on our side is your name, phone, email, plan, and the dates and amounts Square collected — so we know your membership is current.

Questions, answered

What does the included maintenance visit cover?

One maintenance service at your enrolled property — heating, air conditioning, or plumbing — with a full check of the system, cleaning, and a written note of anything we find. Monthly members are eligible after 10 consecutive months of membership.

When does the 10% member discount apply?

On services, repairs, and any additional maintenance, taken off before tax. It is capped at $1,000 per job and $5,000 per membership year. Installations and replacements are excluded, and it can't be combined with other promotions.

What's the difference between monthly and yearly?

Monthly is $45 charged to your card every month. Yearly is $450 paid upfront for twelve months, which saves you $90 compared with paying monthly. The benefits are the same either way.

Who charges my card?

Square, the payment company. You enter your card on Square's own secure checkout page, Square stores it, and Square charges the plan automatically. Noble never sees or keeps your card number.

How do I cancel or change my card?

Call us at (973) 362-6077 and we'll take care of it. Cancelling stops future charges; the current paid period runs to its end.
