Welcome to Noble Heating and Air Conditioning. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of noblehvac.com and general inquiries, scheduling requests, and services offered by Noble Service Heating & Cooling.
By using this website or submitting a request for service, you acknowledge these Terms & Conditions. Individual service calls, repairs, maintenance work, equipment replacements, and installations may also be subject to separate estimates, proposals, invoices, service agreements, warranties, or contracts.
Services
Noble Heating and Air Conditioning provides residential heating and air conditioning repair, maintenance, replacement, and installation services in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Services offered, service areas, scheduling availability, and equipment availability may change at any time.
Information displayed on this website does not guarantee that a particular service, technician, part, or piece of equipment will be available at a specific time or location.
Website Pricing
Any prices, price ranges, starting prices, monthly payment examples, or other pricing information displayed on this website are provided for general informational purposes only.
Website pricing is not a guaranteed quote or final price.
Prices may change at any time due to labor costs, equipment costs, manufacturer pricing, supplier pricing, material costs, refrigerant costs, taxes, permit requirements, equipment availability, jobsite conditions, or other factors.
The price applicable to a specific job will be determined through the applicable estimate, proposal, service agreement, invoice, or other authorization provided for that job.
Once a written agreement has been accepted, changes will be handled according to that agreement and applicable law.
Quotes & Estimates
Quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared.
Unless specifically stated otherwise in a written agreement, an estimate is not a guarantee that additional problems or conditions will not be discovered.
Final pricing may change if additional work, parts, materials, equipment, code corrections, accessibility issues, or previously unknown conditions are discovered.
If the scope of work materially changes, additional work and associated charges may require customer authorization before being performed.
Written estimates and proposals may include an expiration date. After expiration, pricing and availability may be subject to change.
Service Call & Diagnostic Fees
Noble Heating and Air Conditioning charges a service call, diagnostic, dispatch, or evaluation fee for certain appointments.
The applicable fee will be communicated to the customer during scheduling or before service when reasonably possible.
The service call or diagnostic fee covers the technician's travel, time, and/or evaluation of the system and is separate from the cost of repairs unless specifically stated otherwise.
A service or diagnostic fee may still be due if:
- The customer chooses not to proceed with a recommended repair.
- No repair is performed during the visit.
- A replacement rather than a repair is recommended.
- A required part or piece of equipment is not immediately available.
- The technician determines that additional work is necessary.
- The problem cannot reasonably be repaired during the initial visit.
Any additional repair, labor, equipment, or material charges will be communicated separately.
Scheduling & Arrival Times
Appointment dates and arrival windows are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed to otherwise.
Scheduling may be affected by emergency service calls, weather, traffic, technician availability, previous jobs, parts availability, supplier delays, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
Noble Heating and Air Conditioning will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant scheduling changes.
Submitting an online booking request or contact form does not guarantee that the requested appointment date or time has been accepted.
An appointment is considered scheduled only after confirmation from Noble Heating and Air Conditioning.
Emergency Service
Submitting an online form, email, booking request, voicemail, or text message does not guarantee emergency or immediate service.
Customers experiencing an immediate life-safety emergency, fire, suspected carbon monoxide emergency, gas emergency, or other hazardous condition should leave the affected area when appropriate and contact the appropriate emergency service or utility provider.
Customer Access & Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing reasonable and safe access to the property and equipment being serviced.
This may include access to furnaces, boilers, air handlers, condensers, thermostats, electrical panels, mechanical rooms, attics, basements, crawlspaces, utility areas, and other necessary locations.
Customers should disclose known unsafe conditions, hazardous materials, aggressive animals, restricted access areas, or other conditions that may affect the technician's ability to safely perform work.
Existing Equipment & System Conditions
HVAC systems consist of numerous components that can fail independently.
Diagnosis or repair of one component does not guarantee that another component will not fail at a later time.
Completing a repair does not constitute a guarantee of the remaining life, condition, efficiency, reliability, or performance of components that were not repaired or replaced.
Additional problems may become apparent after the original problem is corrected or after the system is returned to normal operation.
Additional diagnosis or repairs may result in additional charges.
Unforeseen & Hidden Conditions
Certain problems may not be visible or reasonably detectable until equipment is opened, disassembled, tested, energized, operated, or otherwise inspected more extensively.
Examples may include concealed damage, wiring problems, refrigerant leaks, airflow problems, drainage issues, structural conditions, corrosion, code violations, equipment defects, or previous improper repairs or installations.
Work resulting from conditions that could not reasonably have been identified during the original evaluation may require additional authorization and charges.
Customer-Supplied Equipment & Parts
Noble Heating and Air Conditioning may, at its discretion, decline to install equipment or parts supplied by a customer or third party.
When customer-supplied equipment or parts are accepted for installation, Noble Heating and Air Conditioning does not guarantee the condition, quality, compatibility, sizing, performance, availability of replacement parts, or manufacturer warranty coverage of those products.
Any warranty applicable to labor associated with customer-supplied equipment will be stated separately when applicable.
Parts & Equipment Availability
Equipment, parts, refrigerants, and materials are subject to manufacturer, distributor, and supplier availability.
Backorders, discontinued products, shipping delays, manufacturer changes, and supply shortages may affect scheduling and completion dates.
If specified equipment becomes unavailable, alternative equipment may be recommended.
Any material substitution affecting an accepted proposal will be handled according to the applicable agreement and law.
Permits, Codes & Inspections
Certain repairs, replacements, or installations may require permits, inspections, code upgrades, or additional work required by a municipality or other authority.
Permit requirements and code requirements may differ depending on the location and type of work being performed.
Costs associated with permits, inspections, or required code-related work will be handled according to the applicable estimate, proposal, or contract.
The discovery of previously existing code violations or conditions requiring correction may result in additional work and charges when permitted by applicable law.
Warranties
Workmanship warranties may be provided on qualifying work and will vary depending on the specific service performed.
Any applicable Noble Heating and Air Conditioning workmanship warranty will be identified in the estimate, proposal, invoice, or other applicable documentation.
Manufacturer warranties are provided by the applicable manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer's terms, conditions, exclusions, registration requirements, and warranty periods.
A manufacturer's parts or equipment warranty does not necessarily include labor, diagnostics, refrigerant, shipping, or other costs unless specifically stated.
No warranty should be considered provided by Noble Heating and Air Conditioning unless it is stated in writing.
Normal wear, lack of maintenance, misuse, modifications by others, power problems, environmental conditions, customer-supplied equipment, and work performed by another contractor may affect warranty coverage.
Maintenance
Routine maintenance can help identify developing problems but does not guarantee that equipment will not fail after maintenance has been performed.
A maintenance visit represents an evaluation and servicing of the system based on its condition at the time of the appointment.
Maintenance does not guarantee future system performance, prevent every possible breakdown, or extend manufacturer warranty coverage beyond the manufacturer's terms.
Payment
Payment is due according to the terms shown on the applicable invoice, estimate, proposal, service agreement, or contract.
Customers are responsible for authorized charges for services, labor, materials, equipment, taxes, permits, and other applicable costs.
Additional charges will not become part of an existing written contract except as permitted by that contract and applicable law.
Past-due balances and returned or rejected payments may be handled in accordance with applicable law and the applicable customer agreement.
Financing
Financing may be offered through independent third-party financing providers.
Financing is subject to lender approval, credit requirements, lender terms, interest rates, program availability, and other conditions established by the financing provider.
Any financing payment examples displayed on the website are estimates or examples only and do not constitute a guarantee of approval, interest rate, payment amount, or financing terms.
Noble Heating and Air Conditioning does not make the final lending or credit approval decision for third-party financing programs.

Submitting information through noblehvac.com does not create a service contract or guarantee an appointment.
Online requests are subject to availability and confirmation.

Customers who provide a telephone number or email address may receive communications relating to requested services, scheduling, appointment reminders, estimates, invoices, maintenance reminders, or other service-related matters.

Standard carrier messaging or data rates may apply.

Separate Service Agreements
These website Terms & Conditions are general terms relating to the website and the services offered by Noble Heating and Air Conditioning.
They are not intended to replace any written estimate, proposal, home-improvement contract, installation agreement, service agreement, financing agreement, warranty agreement, or other project-specific document required by applicable law.
If the terms of a signed project-specific agreement differ from these general website terms, the project-specific agreement will control to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Noble Heating and Air Conditioning may revise these website Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Updated terms become effective when posted on the website unless otherwise stated.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive any rights that cannot legally be waived.
